1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Solharbor's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Solharbor's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Solharbor makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Solharbor or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Solharbor's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Solharbor sends text messages only to people who have opted in, either on this website or within an application we operate, such as the La Quinta Art Celebration (LQAC) app. By opting in, you agree to the following:

  • Message types. Messages are limited to one-time verification codes (two-factor authentication) and related account security notices for the application you opted in to. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. For verification codes, one message is sent per login request.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out you will not be able to receive login codes by SMS until you resubscribe by replying START.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email admin@solharbor.com, for assistance.
  • Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
